Oak Meditation is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts (Future Feature)

Oak does not currently require user accounts. If accounts are introduced in the future, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Paid Features (Future Feature)

The Service is currently offered without paid subscriptions. If subscriptions or paid features are introduced in the future, pricing, billing terms, and cancellation policies will be disclosed prior to purchase and incorporated into these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including text, audio, visuals, branding, and software—are owned by or licensed to Nyllon LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service, if any.
